During our engagements we work alongside, and with, our client’s internal team to ensure that we address issues and challenges together. We deliver our consultancy solutions in a manner that fit our client’s culture and leaves capability behind to ensure the sustainability of the value delivered.
Given the nature of our engagements there is often unforeseen issues which arise during the engagement delivery. This makes taking a clear, well-structured yet flexible approach to project management critical to the success of the engagement. Manigent has developed an agile based approach which allows us to provide control and structure in our projects while maintaining flexibility to adapt as issues emerge or requirements shift.
Manigent makes innovative use of technology to ensure a cost effective and efficient engagement delivery. Making use of our own strategy and risk management iPad app and partnering with our sister technology company, StratexSystems, we estimate we can deliver our engagements 20% - 30% more effectively than our competitors.
