Strategy Map for Charity
Sunday, September 18, 2011 at 14:27 Recently, the founder of the Robin Hood Project, Magda Metwally, asked if I could assist her in developing their strategy and create a way to communicate it to her team of supporters.
The Robin Hood Project is a charity based in Mancora, Peru that helps children from low income families develop academically and emotionally. While they are small, Magda is taking a very professional approach to developing the charity so that it is sustainable and can deliver benefits over the long term, and continue to make a big difference to the children's lives.
Developing a clear strategy and using the strategy map is an example of this professional approach.
