Risk management: Driving value from a long game approach

Manigent client, HML, has achieved great results through their risk management initiative. A 94% reduction in the value of errors and a 63% reduction in the volume of errors.

In this blog post, HML’s Head of Operational Risk makes the point that ‘risk management’ should not be process that is completed in isolation – it must be a process focused on delivering the organisations objectives and one that is embedded into the DNA of the organisation.
