Manigent wins its first major Balanced Scorecard project at a London investment bank.
Manigent consultants have begun work on delivering the company’s first major Balanced Scorecard project at a well-known bank in the city.
The Balanced Scorecard is one of the most widely adopted strategic performance management methodologies, designed to ensure organisations deliver their desired return on investment for shareholders.
Manigent Director, Andrew Smart said: “Our role is to provide expertise in the Balanced Scorecard methodology as well as expertise around the chosen Balanced Scorecard technology. Specifically, this involves the re-implementation and rationalization of CorVu’s CorStrategy software”.
Mr Smart said: “This project will help establish Manigent as a new and innovative specialist in the Balanced Scorecard methodology.”
This project involves implementation of the Balanced Scorecard methodology and technology to 32 of the clients offices globally.
